Kolbotten i Haninge kommun är ett glesbebyggt blandat sommarstuge- och villaområde med skogspartier, ängsmarker och ett antal mindre både asfaltbelagda och grusbelagda vägar. Det finns ett stort behov av förläggning av ett nytt VA-system med fokus på ett resultat av hög kvalitet.
