Predmetom zákazky je nákup a dodanie spotrebných materiálov určených na bezpečné podávanie cytostatík, ktorých predpokladané množstvo a druh je stanovené na obdobie 24 mesiacov. Predmet zákazky musí byť v bezchybnom stave a musí zodpovedať všetkým platným právnym predpisom na území Slovenskej republiky. Neoddeliteľnou súčasťou zákazky je doprava do miesta dodania, vyloženie v mieste dodania a poskytnutie záruky na dodaný tovar. Podrobné vymedzenie predmetu zákazky, vrátane vypracovaných min. technických špecifikácií a požiadaviek verejného obstarávateľa na predmet zákazky, tvorí samostatnú časť C. Opis predmetu zákazky súťažných podkladov (ďalej aj ako „SP“).
