Inom Luleå hamn skapas utrymme för satsning på framtidens industri. Nu genomför Luleå kommuns inköp på uppdrag av Luleå hamn AB en upphandling avseende samverkanskontrakt. Entreprenören åtar sig specifikt att för beställarens räkning som generalentreprenör på utförandeentreprenad att bland annat innehållande ombyggnationer av vägar, media, el, lastkaj mm.
