Description
Upphandlingen genomförs via ett selektivt förfarande via ett dynamiskt inköpssystem enligt 8 kap. 1-14 §§ samt 34 § lag (2016:1145) om offentlig upphandling. Upphandlingen avser ramavtal för en (1) konsult med uppdrag att som utvärderare genomföra genomlysning av Samlade tidiga insatser-gruppen (STIG) och deras samarbete med skolor och socialförvaltningen.
