Description

Skolverket planerar att upphandla en komplett utskriftstjänst (Managed Print Services) som ska ersätta nuvarande tjänst inför avtalsutgång hösten 2026. Tjänsten ska omfatta 10 multifunktionsskrivare (MFP). Tjänsten ska innehålla hårdvara, mjukvara för säker utskrift (Follow Me Print), service, support och underhåll. Tjänsten ska fungera i Skolverkets Windows-miljö och integreras med Active Directory/Microsoft Entra ID. Skolverket använder för närvarande ett system med Papercut installation on-prem vilket är kopplat mot AD som styr behörigheter där anställda använder EFOS-kort för att logga in mot MFP genom att lägga kortet mot en läsare på skrivaren.
