Description
Huddinge kommun avser upphandla ett upphandlingskontrakt för Utskrift som tjänst. Kommunen avser att upphandla ett nytt avtal som säkerställer fortsatt stöd för utskrift och skanning till alla kommunens verksamheter med rätt skrivare på rätt ställe. Befintlig utskrift som tjänst har gett stora förbättringar i form av minskning i antal utskrifter, optimerad skrivarpark och även informationssäkerhet. Målet är att teckna ett avtal som har kvalité och är ekonomiskt bra ur ett affärsmässigt perspektiv. Avtalet ska möjliggöra leveranser av en användarvänlig, funktionell och rättssäker lösning för utskrift som tjänst, som ska kunna användas i kommunens samtliga verksamheter.
