Sveriges Radio upphandlar en marksänd analog utsändningstjänst - FM inklusive RDS samt DAB. Omfattningen är fyra kompletta FM-nät, varav ett är regionalt nedbrytbart, motsvarande Sveriges Radios lokala kanaler samt ytterligare lokala utsändningstjänster i Stockholm och Malmö. Täckningskravet för de fyra näten ska vara 99,8% av den fast bosatta befolkningen.
