Description
Den tjänst som upphandlas är utredning av anmälningar om kränkande särbehandling (enligt arbetsmiljölagstiftningen, främst AFS 2015:4) samt om trakasserier och sexuella trakasserier (enligt diskrimineringslagen 2008:567). Lunds universitet avser upphandla ramavtal med ett flertal leverantörer för att kunna täcka det behov universitetet har av tillgängliga och kompetenta utredare.
