Description
The M14 Utilities and Enabling Works Framework will be established under the NEC4 Framework and suite of contracts and designed to support the delivery of the M100 Advanced and Enabling Works Programme and the wider MetroLink Programme. The NEC Framework will initially run for four (4) years, with options extending up to a maximum duration of twelve (12) years, through a subsequent renewal of a further four (4) years, plus up to four (4) additional one (1) year renewals. The 12 year duration is essential to support the MetroLink programme and align with the M400 and M500 contract durations. The Framework will comprise five (5) Lots, including Site Enabling Lots, Utilities Lot and Multidisciplinary Lots and is designed to ensure suitability qualified Contractors are appointed to the respective Lots in order to deliver call-off contracts aligned to the scope of each Lot.
