I kommande upphandlingsdokument specificeras efterfrågade tjänster i detalj, i denna ansökningsinbjudan redovisas efterfrågade tjänster översiktligt i punktform: - Layout av fakturor och krav/påminnelser - Skapande av PDF-filer - Produktion och distribution av E-fakturor privat och E-fakturor företag inklusive CTD-tjänst och fakturahotell - Hantering av bilagor som skickas med fakturor (Printade och/eller tryckta) - Kuvertering - Produktion och distribution av EDI- faktura (Svefaktura) - Produktion och distribution av PDF-fakturor via e-post - Lagring och funktionalitet för visning av fakturor för t.ex. kundservice, med layout identisk med fakturor som visas för kund. - Portooptimering / Portokonsolidering - Distribution av pappersfakturor - Eventuell arkivering av gamla fakturabildfiler(från tidigare leverantör)
