Region Hallands medarbetare, såväl som praktikanter och inhyrd personal, arbetar inom många olika områden och riskerar att, i olika grad och på olika sätt, utsättas för hot och våld i verksamheten. Region Hallands övergripande mål för det systematiska arbetsmiljöarbetet är en säker och hälsofrämjande arbetsmiljö där vi som arbetsgivare bland annat genom att erbjuda strukturerad kompetensutveckling möjliggör just detta. Målgruppsanpassad utbildning där specifika risker och möjligheter lyfts ger förutsättningar för den enskilda att känna sig trygg att hantera olika händelser på arbetsplatsen. Utbildningsinsatsen är en viktig del i vårt systematiska arbetsmiljöarbete som även omfattar organisatoriska åtgärder och uppföljning av att arbetet ger effekt.
