Predmet nabave čine usluge redovnog i izvanrednog cestovnog prijevoza mobilnih stambenih jedinica (u daljem tekstu MSJ) u skladu sa Zakonom o cestama ("Narodne novine”, broj 84/11, 22/13, 54/13, 148/13, 92/14, 110/19, 144/21, 114/22, 114/22, 04/23, 133/23"), Zakonom o prijevozu u cestovnom prometu („Narodne novine”, broj 41/18, 98/19, 30/21, 89/21, 114/22, 136/24), Zakonu o sigurnosti prometa na cestama („Narodne novine”, broj 67/08, 48/10, 74/11, 80/13, 158/13, 92/14, 64/15, 108/17, 70/19, 42/20, 85/22, 114/22, 133/23, 145/24), Pravilnikom o izvanrednom prijevozu („Narodne novine”, broj 92/18, 45/20, 47/23), Pravilniku o tehničkim uvjetima vozila u prometu na cestama („Narodne novine”, broj 85/16, 24/17, 70/19, 60/20, 79/23, 6,25) i ostalim propisima koji reguliranju pružanje usluge predmetne nabave. Navedene usluge vrše se na zahtjev naručitelja, dinamikom koja ovisi o broju novih korisnika kojima je potreban smještaj u MSJ ili dinamikom ovisno o završetku obnove na lokaciji korisnika MSJ ili kada korisnik više nema potrebu za privremenim smještajem u MSJ.
