Description
Predmet otvorenog postupka javne nabave su usluge ustupanja radnika od strane agencije za privremeno zapošljavanje za radna mjesta navedena u Katalogu poslova Naručitelja, raspona stručne spreme SSS/VŠS/VSS, sukladno Dokumentaciji o nabavi, PRILOGU 1. OPIS PREDMETA NABAVE, količinama iskazanim u PRILOGU 2. TROŠKOVNIK, te Zakona o radu (NN 93/14, 127/17, 98/19, 151/22, 64/23). Na ustupljene radnike Naručitelj neće primjenjivati odredbe važećeg Pravilnika o radu, osim odredbi koje su regulirane Zakonom o radu. Detaljni opis predmeta nabave nalazi se u poglavlju „Opis predmeta nabave“, koji je prilog ove Dokumentacije o nabavi – PRILOG 1. i količinama iskazanim u Troškovniku – PRILOG 2.
