Predmet nabave su usluge osiguranja imovine i osiguranja pošiljaka Naručitelja, sukladno detaljnom opisu i količinama određenim u Opisu predmeta nabave (Tehničke specifikacije), Troškovniku i ovoj Dokumentaciji o nabavi. Izvršenje usluge predmeta nabave treba biti u skladu s detaljnim opisom specificiranim u Opisu predmeta nabave (Tehničke specifikacije) iz ove Dokumentacije o nabavi, te u skladu s važećom zakonskom i podzakonskom regulativom: Zakonom o osiguranju (NN br. 30/15, 112/18, 63/20, 133/20, 151/22, 152/24) i ostalim pozitivnim propisima koji uređuju i propisuju djelatnosti obuhvaćene ovim predmetom nabave, kao i priznatim pravilima struke.
