Predmet nabave su usluge odvoza i obrade neopasnog otpada iz sustava odvodnje i pročišćavanja otpadnih voda. Usluga uključuje preuzimanje otpada ključni broj 19 08 01 (ostaci na sitima i grabljama), ključni broj 19 08 02 (otpad iz pjeskolova) i ključni broj 20 03 06 (otpad nastao čišćenjem kanalizacije) na lokaciji preuzimanja otpada, vaganje, utovar, odvoz i istovar otpada, obradu odnosno oporabu i/ili zbrinjavanje otpada, kao i sve druge potrebite manipulativne radnje. Ponuđena usluga koja čini predmet nabave mora omogućiti preuzimanje i odvoz te daljnju obradu odnosno oporabu i/ili zbrinjavanje otpada, na primjeran i adekvatan način, a u skladu sa Zakonom o gospodarenju otpadom (NN 84/21, 142/23), Pravilnikom o gospodarenju otpadom (NN 106/2022) i ostalim važećim propisima koji reguliraju predmet nabave.
