Promjene postojećih funkcionalnosti i dodavanje novih funkcionalnosti na zahtjev Naručitelja te usluge savjetovanja i edukacije Naručitelja. Ponuditelj (gospodarski subjekt) je obvezan u sklopu ugovora o javnoj nabavi nuditi usluge razvoja za potrebe postojećih i novih IT rješenja Naručitelja. Usluge će se odvijati u obimu te prema standardima, metodologiji i razvojnoj proceduri koje definira Naručitelj.
