Naručitelj ovim postupkom javne nabave nabavlja uslugu održavanja i popravaka specijalnih vozila i prikolica, koja podrazumijeva kvalitetno izvršavanje tehničkih radova na održavanju, servisiranju i popravku vozila, opremljenost servisnih objekata, efikasnu opskrbu rezervnim dijelovima i materijalima i tehničku suradnju s dobavljačima u svrhu održavanja maksimalne sigurnosti vozila i putnika u prometu.
