Usluga uključuje prihvat i zbrinjavanje dovezenog glomaznog otpada (KB 20 03 07 ) na primjeren i adekvatan način kao i sve druge manipulativne radnje ukoliko se otpad ne obrađuje na lokaciji preuzimanja otpada (utovar, prijevoz i istovar otpada), a sve u skladu s odredbama Zakona o gospodarenju otpadom (N.N. 84/21) i podzakonskim propisima kao i uvjetima i zahtjevima iz ove Dokumentacije o nabavi.
