Predmet nabave je usluga upravljanja projektom gradnje u sklopu projekta "Obnova infrastrukture i opreme u području obrazovanja oštećene potresom“. Predmetni postupak nabave provodi se u svrhu nabave usluga upravljanja projektom gradnje, odnosno angažiranja voditelja projekta gradnje kako je definirano člankom 38., te glavom V. Zakonom o poslovima i djelatnostima prostornog uređenja i gradnje (NN 78/15, 118/18, 110/19). Detaljan opis poslova naveden je u Projektnom zadatku iz Priloga 1 Dokumentacije o nabavi.
