Description

Sklapa se ugovor o javnoj nabavi za Uslugu rada pomoćnog vlaka sukladno Troškovniku, Tablici 13, ponudbenom listu i ovoj dokumentaciji o nabavi. Ponuditelj mora ponuditi cjelokupnu količinu koja se traži u nadmetanju. Ponude samo za dio tražene količine iz troškovnika neće se razmatrati. Naučitelj je u troškovniku odredio predviđene (okvirne)količine. Stvarno nabavljena količina predmetne usluge može biti veće ili manja od predeviđene količine Troškovnik se nalazi u excel tablici koja je zaključana. Ponuditelju je dozvoljeno upisivati jedinične cijene. Ponuditelj je dužan ponuditi i izvršiti predmetnu uslugu na način da ista odgovara svim uvjetima koji su navedeni u dokumentaciji o nabavi i troškovniku. Ponuditelj osigurava i snosi troškove vučnog vozila s osobljem vuče i vlakopratnim osobljem. Naručitelj osigurava trasu za prijevoz pomoćnog vlaka ( matični depo – mjesto usluge – matični depo) o svom trošku. U cijenu sata rada treba biti uračunat trošak rada lokomotive. Cjenovno treba biti definiran trošak putovanja u odlasku i povratku na mjesto izvanrednog događaja te trošak čistog rada. Jedna faktura teretit će jedan izvanredni događaj.
