Description

Predmet nabave je usluga osiguranja plutajućeg objekta Galeb samo za vrijeme veza u riječkoj luci. Trup je obnovljen za dugotrajnu statičku upotrebu, a to uključuje radove na strukturalnoj stabilnosti, sprječavanje korozije i prilagodbu za muzejske svrhe. Sustav motora je izvan funkcije i služi samo muzejskoj prezentaciji kao originalne komponente brodskih motora, ali bez funkcije. Njegovo održavanje i restauracija su izvedeni samo do razine prezentacije. Ministarstvo kulture je 10. listopada 2006. godine, plutajući objekt Galeb proglasilo kulturnim dobrom te se na isti primjenjuje Zakon o zaštiti i očuvanju kulturnih dobara („Narodne novine“ 69/99, 151/03,157/03, 100/04, 87/09, 88/10, 61/11, 25/12, 136/12, 157/13, 152/14 , 98/15, 44/17, 90/18, 32/20, 62/20,117/21, 114/22). Hrvatski registar brodova (dalje u tekstu: HRB) izvršio je pregled izvedenih radova i izradio izvještaj o pregledu i statusu nadzora s izjavom da će isprave za plutajući objekt biti izdane nakon završnih pregleda obavljenih na mjestu stalnog priveza na riječkom lukobranu i ishođenja upisnog lista nadležne Lučke kapetanije.
