Predmet ove nabave su usluge nadzora izgradnje primarne i sekundarne vodoopskrbne mreže naselja Labin i Trolokve u Općini Prgomet (u daljnjem tekstu: Građevina). Usluge stručnog nadzora odnose se na nadzor nad radovima koji obuhvaćaju izgradnju u Općini Prgomet: - primarne v.m. naselja Labin (dovodno-opskrbni cjevovod duljine cca 1,955 km, procrpnu stanicu PCS „Labin“, tlačni cjevovod od PCS „Labin“ do VS“ Labin“ duljine cca 0,617 km, vodospremu „Labin“ V=150 m3 s pristupnim putem L=1,51 km, opskrbni cjevovod od VS Labin do ulice Put M.Dlake duljine cca 1,34 km, preljevni cjevovod VS Labin duljine cca 0,011 km, Lokalni ogranak sa opskrbnog cjevovoda duljine cca 0,011 km) - sekundarne v.m. naselja Labin (cjevovod duljine cca 7,663 km sa 140 kućnih priključaka) - primarne v.m. naselja Trolokve (cjevovod duljine cca 6,426 km sa 16 kućnih priključaka) - sekundarne v.m. naselja Trolokve (cjevovod duljine cca 5,122 km sa 97 kućnih priključaka, te jednu hidrostanicu).
