Predmet nabave je nabava usluge kreativne i produkcijske agencije sukladno detaljnom opisu, vrstama i količinama određenim u Opisu predmeta nabave, Opisu zadatka (kreativnom briefu), Brand book-u, Troškovniku i ovoj Dokumentaciji o nabavi. Brandbook je knjiga standarda samo za brend Paket24 koji je naveden u KRITERIJU ZA ODABIR PONUDE. Naručitelj će odabranom ponuditelju nakon stupanja Ugovora na snagu i prema dogovoru, tijekom daljnje suradnje (ovisno o budućim zadacima) dostaviti i logotip HP - Hrvatske pošte d.d.
