Investicija obuhvaća izgradnju nove Tržnice i polivalentnog centra u Koprivnici namijenjenog za obavljanje knjižničarske djelatnosti i povezivanje organizacija civilnog društva, te rekonstrukciju parkirališta u zoni tržnice i prenamjenu u intermodalni terminal s javnim parkirališnim prostorom, početnim stajalištem autobusnog javnog prijevoza BusKO i središnjom stanicom sustava javnih bicikala BicKO. Planirani zahvat obuhvaća k.č. ili dijelove k.č. k.o. Koprivnica: 1320/1, 1320/2, 1321/3, 1321/5, 1321/6, 1321/7, 1321/8, 1321/9, 1323/1, 1323/2, 1324, 1325/1, 1325/2, 1325/3, 1326, 1327, 1331/2, 1333/2, 1334/2, 1348/1, 1349/1, 1349/3, 1349/4, 1349/5, 1350/2, 1350/4, 1350/6, 13736, 3092/1 kao što je prikazano na karti u nastavku. To su čestice koje čine unutrašnjost gradskog bloka u centru grada, istočno od zgrade gradske uprave, a u neposrednom kontaktu s glavnim gradskim trgom. Nabava je povezana s projektom i/ili programom koji se financira iz fondova Europske unije: ITU MEHANIZAM, ERDF – Europski fond za regionalni razvoj (EFRR).
