Description
Predmet nabave ovog postupka nabave su poslovi gospodarenja otpadom po grupama koji podrazumijevaju poslove skupljanja, prijevoza, oporabe, zbrinjavanja i sve druge djelatnosti u svezi s otpadom, te nadzor nad obavljanjem tih djelatnosti sukladno Zakonu o gospodarenju otpadom (NN 84/21) i pod zakonskim propisima, Pravilniku o katalogu otpada (NN 90/15)., a sve u skladu s uvjetima iz ove dokumentacije za nadmetanje i troškovniku. Vrste otpada koje čine predmet nabave nastala su kod Naručitelja prilikom obavljanja djelatnosti gospodarenja otpadom obavljanjem komunalne djelatnosti. Usluga uključuje: preuzimanje, prijevoz i obradu otpada, kao i sve druge manipulativne radnje. Ponuditelj je dužan ovjeravati i dostavljati naručitelju prateći list. Prateći listovi moraju odgovarati izvaganim količinama. Odgovornost posjednika otpada – Naručitelja prestaje u trenutku preuzimanja otpada od strane Ponuditelja. Odabrani ponuditelj je dužan u cijelosti preuzeti otpad bez obzira na udio i s njime postupati u skladu sa svim pozitivnim propisima.
