Przedmiotem zamówienia jest świadczenie usług w zakresie utrzymania czystości, porządku i estetycznego wyglądu terenów oraz części nieruchomości budynkowych (wyszczególnionych w pkt. 2 - 5) na terenach oraz w budynkach, w obrębie działania poszczególnych Biur Obsługi Klienta Miejskiego Zarządu Budynków Sp. z o.o. w Wałbrzychu. Zamówienie zostało podzielone na 7 części zgodnie z zakresem działania poszczególnych Biur Obsługi Klienta Miejskiego Zarządu Budynków Sp. z o.o. w Wałbrzychu, tj.: Część nr 1 BOK „Śródmieście” Część nr 2 BOK „Nowe Miasto” Część nr 3 BOK „Podgórze” Część nr 4 BOK „Stary Zdrój” Część nr 5 BOK „Piaskowa Góra - Szczawienko” Część nr 6 BOK „Sobięcin” Część nr 7 BOK „Biały Kamień”. Zamawiający dopuszcza składanie ofert częściowych: - liczba części, na które można składać oferty – 5, - maksymalna liczba części, w których zamówienie może zostać udzielone jednemu wykonawcy – 5 (na podstawie art. 134 ust. 2 pkt 3 ustawy Pzp)
