Przedmiotem zamówienia są usługi w zakresie przeglądu (konserwacji), usuwania awarii (pogotowie serwisowe) i utrzymania w pełnej sprawności technicznej urządzeń klimatyzacyjnych oraz central wentylacji mechanicznej, w tym dostawa części zamiennych i materiałów eksploatacyjnych na rzecz Zamawiającego w obiektach CBA w okresie 24 miesięcy od dnia podpisania umowy lub do wyczerpania kwoty przeznaczonej na realizację zamówienia (w zależności co nastąpi wcześniej) w siedzibach CBA z możliwością wznowienia usług w okresie kolejnych 24 m-cy z podziałem na następujące zadania Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia zawiera załącznik nr 1 do SWZ oraz załącznik nr 3 do SWZ „Projektowane postanowienia umowne"
