Przedmiotem zamówienia jest świadczenie usług polegających na odbieraniu odpadów komunalnych pochodzących z nieruchomości, na których zamieszkują mieszkańcy, znajdujących się na terenie Gminy Brzeg, zgodnie z harmonogramem odbioru odpadów komunalnych oraz ich transport do instalacji komunalnej- ZGO Gać Sp. z o.o., za wyjątkiem przeterminowanych i niewykorzystanych lekarstw, a także wyposażenie nieruchomości zamieszkałych w pojemniki i worki na odpady komunalne. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia zawiera załącznik nr 1 do wzoru umowy.
