Description
Przedmiotem zamówienia jest wykonywanie przez Wykonawcę na rzecz Zamawiającego usług serwisu sprzętu medycznego będącego w posiadaniu SPS ZOZ w Lęborku, którego wykaz stanowi Arkusz asortymentowo-cenowy, będący Załącznikiem nr 2 do SWZ. Arkusz asortymentowo-cenowy będzie traktowany jako część oferty, w związku z czym, w przypadku jego niezłożenia lub niekompletności, w tym również niewypełnienia którejkolwiek z wymaganych kolumn, nie będzie podlegał uzupełnieniu. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia zawiera: Opis przedmiotu zamówienia (Załącznik nr 1 do SWZ), Arkusz asortymentowo-cenowy (Załącznik nr 2 do SWZ) oraz odpowiedni dla wskazanej części zamówienia Projekt umowy (Załącznik nr 14A-B do SWZ).
