1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest usługa polegająca na kompleksowej usłudze sprzątania, transportu wewnątrzszpitalnego oraz czynnościach pomocniczych przy pacjencie w Szpitalu Wolskim w okresie od 1.04.2026 do 31.05.2026. 2. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia zawiera: a) Załącznik nr 2 A-I do SWZ – Plan higieny, b) Załącznik nr 3 do SWZ – zalecenia Sekcji Epidemiologii, c) Załącznik nr 3A do zalecenia Sekcji Epidemiologii – transport wewnątrzszpitalny, opieka przy pacjencie, d) Załącznik nr 3B do zalecenia Sekcji Epidemiologii – wymagana ilość etatów, e) Załącznik nr 3C do zalecenia Sekcji Epidemiologii – wymagane godziny pracy, f) Załącznik nr 3D do zalecenia Sekcji Epidemiologii – kontrola realizacji usługi, g) Załącznik nr 3E do zalecenia Sekcji Epidemiologii – wykaz komórek organizacyjnych, h) Załącznik nr 3F – do zalecenia Sekcji Epidemiologii Wykaz ilości umywalek, dozowników, podajników, i) Załącznik nr 3G do zalecenia Sekcji Epidemiologii – wykaz zapotrzebowania asortymentowego, j) Załącznik nr 3H do Sekcji Epidemiologii – zestawienie powierzchni w podziale na Pawilony k) Załącznik nr 5 do SWZ – projekt umowy
