1.Przedmiot zamówienia: „Przedmiot zamówienia obejmuje wdrożenie, konfigurację i utrzymanie systemu SIEM oraz świadczenie usługi SOC w trybie 24/7/365, zgodnie z OPZ, w tym monito-rowanie, analizę i obsługę incydentów bezpieczeństwa”. 2.Zamówienie jest realizowane w ramach projektu pn. „Wdrożenie e-usług w Zespole Opieki Zdrowotnej w Końskich - Szpital Specjalistyczny im. Św. Łukasza” w ramach inwestycji D1.1.2 „Przyspieszenie proce-sów transformacji cyfrowej ochrony zdrowia poprzez dalszy rozwój usług cyfrowych w ochronie zdrowia”. 3.Wymagania w zakresie zgodności rozwiązań ICT 1.Jeżeli przedmiot zamówienia obejmuje albo może obejmować produkt ICT, usługę ICT lub proces ICT, wykonawca jest zobowiązany zaoferować wyłącznie takie produkty ICT, usługi ICT i procesy ICT, które na dzień składania ofert: 1)nie są wskazane w rekomendacji, o której mowa w art. 33 ust. 4 ustawy z dnia 5 lipca 2018 r. o krajowym systemie cyberbezpieczeństwa, stwierdzającej ich negatywny wpływ na podsta-wowy interes bezpieczeństwa państwa; 2) nie obejmują produktu ICT, którego typ został określony w decyzji w sprawie uznania do-stawcy za dostawcę wysokiego ryzyka, o której mowa w art. 67b ust. 15 ustawy z …
