Obiectul prezentului contract il constituie furnizarea de urne loteristice si seturi de bile. Autoritatea contractanta va raspunde la clarificari in a 11 zi inaintea termenului limita de depunere a ofertelor: Numarul de zile pana la care se pot solicita clarificari inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor – 18 zile. Autoritatea contractantă va răspunde DOAR la solicitările de clarificări adresate de catre operatorii economici până la termenul limită stabilit.
