Zaradi dotrajanosti prostora in instalacij ter narave raziskovalnega dela je potrebno zamenjati ventilacijo, klimatizacijo in pogoje za delo z nevarnimi in hlapnimi kemikalijami. Z novo ureditvijo prostorov bomo dosegli ventiliran, nadzorovan in ločen prostor, ki bo doprinesel k večji požarni varnosti in izboljšanju delovnih in zdravstveno-varstvenih pogojev.
