Eskilstuna kommun, i det följande "Kommunen", genomför denna upphandling för att täcka behovet av Upplysningstjänster som krävs för kommunens verksamheter. Uppdraget omfattar ett löpande åtagande som säkerställer tillgång till relevant och tillförlitlig information. Denna information är nödvändig för att kommunen ska kunna fatta rättssäkra beslut och bedriva sin myndighetsutövning på ett korrekt sätt. Syftet med upphandlingen är att garantera att kommunen kontinuerligt har tillgång till aktuella uppgifter om Personinformation, Personupplysning, Företagsinformation, Företagsupplysning, Fordonsinformation och Fastighetsinformation för att uppfylla sina lagstadgade skyldigheter.
