Description
Västerås stad inbjuder till att i steg 2 lämna anbud i upphandling av ett heltäckande upphandlingsverktyg med tillhörande avtalsdatabas där leverantören har ett helhetsansvar för leveransen. Med helhetsansvar avses bland annat:Tillhandahållande av tjänsten som inkluderar erforderlig nyttjanderätt.Införande av tjänsten. Anpassningar, uppdateringar och nya versioner av tjänsten-Migrering av (om möjligt pågående upphandlingar) och avtal från nuvarande system.Konfigurering och Parametersättning av upphandlingsverktyg och AI.Integration till spendverktyg, diarieföringssystem, ekonomisystem och beställningssystem (För nuvarande Expendio, Ciceron, Raindance och Visma Proceedo).Support och underhåll på tjänsten.Utbildning på svenska.Dokumentation på svenska.Statistik.Konsulttjänster.Avveckling och överlämning. Tjänsten ska levereras liknande kommunlicens, dvs kostnaden för Tjänsten ska vara oberoende av antalet användare. Beräknat antal licenser ligger på ca 50st för avtalscontrollers, administratörer och upphandlare (dvs power users), samt runt 100 st. externa användare som eftersöker avtalsinformation i avtalsdatabasen.
