Description

Upphandlingskonsulter som kan genomföra hela upphandlingsprocessen av varor och tjänster inklusive upphandling av produkter och tjänster inom It. Upphandlingarna kommer till största delen genomföras utifrån lagen om offentlig upphandling (LOU). I tjänsten ingår även upphandlingskonsulter som genomför avrop från ramavtal. Leverantörer ska ha god kapacitet och förmåga att tillsätta upphandlingskonsulter med rätt kompetens för respektive upphandling och avrop.
