Description
Digg har behov av ett ramavtal för upphandlingskonsulter för att hantera tillfälliga arbetstoppar eller vid en ordinarie upphandlares frånvaro. I huvudsak kommer upphandlingskonsulterna att nyttjas för avrop/upphandling av konsulttjänster och generella tjänster som behövs för Diggs verksamhet. Det kan innebära upphandlingar, direktupphandling eller avrop från Diggs egna ramavtal samt Kammarkollegiets statliga ramavtal utifrån verksamhetens behov. Beställningar kan omfatta hela eller delar av upphandlingsuppdrag. Även uppdrag som mentor åt Diggs egna upphandlare kan förekomma. Digg upphandlar till största del konsulttjänster till de olika regeringsuppdrag och löpande uppdrag som Digg har ansvar för.
