Uppdraget omfattar hyra och tvätt av arbetskläder för socialförvaltningens samtliga verksamheter. Uppdraget innebär ett totalansvar för hela kedjan, samtliga ingående tjänster, såsom men ej begränsat till, hyra textilier, tvätt, efterbehandling, distribution, kassation och utbyte, lagerkostnad, normalt svinn dvs. normal kassation, emballage, administration, vagnar och transporter.
