Ramavtalet omfattar i entreprenad av kavahedens avfallsanläggning där entreprenören får ett helhetsansvar för omlastningsstation, deponi samt drift av ÅVC som innebär drift av sorteringsytor, skötsel av ramp med hjullastare, snötipp och tillverkning av anläggningsjord. Tillverkning av anläggningsjord kan under kontraktstiden avbeställas av beställaren. Samt nedanstående optioner: option 1, bemanning vid obemannade öppettider
