Upphandlingen omfattar: Införande och drift av IT-stöd för: Förnyat tillståndssystem o handläggning av markupplåtelse. o ansökan och handläggning av schakttillstånd. o ansökan och handläggning av trafikanordningsplaner på allmän platsmark. o handläggning och fältinspektion av tillsynsärenden. Licensiering av systemstödet för specificerat antal av Trafikkontorets handläggare, för övriga systemanvändare inom staden och för obegränsad antal externa intressenter (tillståndssökande). Inom ramen för införandet ska Leverantören ansvara för: - projektledning. - migrering av information från två befintliga systemstöd (markupplåtelse respektive schakttillstånd). - installation och konfigurering av teknisk systemmiljö (SaaS-lösning). - uppsättning av specificerade integrationer till Trafikkontorets systemstöd, såsom bl.a. ekonomisystem och geodatatjänster. - konfigurering och övrig anpassning av systemstödet för stödjande av trafikkontorets verksamhetsprocesser inom tjänsteområdet. - verifiering av informationssäkerhetskrav och övrigt stöd i acceptanstester. - grundutbildning av användare och systemadministratörer. - driftsättning och överlämning till förvaltningsorganisation.
