Description
Region Kalmar län har för avsikt att upphandla ramavtal av licenspartner för successiva beställningar och leveranser av molntjänster, mjukvarulicenser och tillhörande support och underhåll samt konsulttjänster enligt beskrivning i detta upphandlingsunderlag med bilagor. Syftet med upphandlingen är att skriva avtal med en (1) licenspartner, d.v.s. en oberoende leverantör som kan bistå med sakkunnighet inom licensområdet, och vara licensfunktionens förlängda arm mot distributörer och mjukvarutillverkare.
