Upphandlingen omfattar hyra av fordon på både korttid och långtid (inkluderat bilpooler) till Köparens verksamheter och omfattar: personfordon och minibussar för korttidshyra samt personfordon för långtidshyra. Utöver hyra av fordon ingår även tillhörande tjänster som webbaserat bokningssystem, nyckelhanteringssystem, elektronisk körjournal, alkolås(option), tvätt, städ, service, däckskifte, assistans samt tillhandahållande av tankkort/laddkort.
