Description
Huddinge Samhällsfastigheter AB har ett övergripande energiutvecklingsprojekt med syfte att till att minska energianvändningen inom fastighetsbeståndet och bidra till att Huddinge Samhällsfastigheter och Huddinge kommun når sina hållbarhetsmål. Projektet är indelat i olika faser och etapper. Den första fasen med energikartläggning av en del av fastigheterna har redan upphandlats. Denna upphandling avser att anta en entreprenör för att i samverkan med beställaren utföra projektering och sedan utförande av åtgärder i en del av fastighetsbeståendet. Genomförandeskedet planeras att pågå i flera delprojekt som delvis pågår parallellt. Avtalsvillkor planeras med ABK 09 som grund för projektering och ABT 06 som grund för utförandet. Takvolym 120 MSEK. Åtgärderna fokuserar främst på energieffektivisering genom installationsåtgärder, men byggtekniska åtgärder förekommer också. Exempel på åtgärder som kan vara inkluderade: -Värmeåtervinning på luftbehandlingssystem -Byte av ventilationsaggregat -Utbyte av belysning -Byte av pumpar och shuntgrupper -Behovsstyrning av luftbehandling -Termostatbyte och injustering av radiatorsystem -Fönsterbyte -Tilläggsisolering
