Objekten är statliga byggnadsminnen (SBM) med skyddsbestämmelser för bevarande av kulturvärden. Kraven för ett gott skötselresultat är högt ställda. I uppdraget ingår bland annat beskärningsarbeten av träd bland annat fruktträd, formklippning av häckar, skötsel av planteringsytor med buskar, klätterväxter, rabattrosor, perenner och lökväxter samt gräsklippning och slåtter
