Beställaren genomför en samordnad upphandling av utförandeentreprenad för två huvuddelar i projektet Klinga Etapp 5 och avser att teckna kontrakt med en vinnande anbudsgivare. För respektive huvuddel kommer separat kontrakt tecknas med en vinnande anbudsgivare. För huvuddel 1, som innefattar mark och elsystem kommer Norrköping kommun att teckna kontrakt med vinnande anbudsgivare. För huvuddel 2, som avser VA och fiber kommer Nodra AB att teckna kontrakt med vinnande anbudsgivare.
