Syftet med upphandlingen är att teckna ramavtal med en leverantör med kapacitet att leverera s.k prillad och flytande Urea för halkbekämpning till flygplats. Leverantören förutsätts kunna erbjuda produkter under hela avtalsperioden och kunna leverera till de i upphandling aktuella flygplatserna inom Swedavia.
