Description
Stadens befintliga ramavtal av upphandlingskonsulter löper ut 2023-05-31. Detta gör att ett nytt ramavtal behöver upphandlas. Upphandlingens mål och syfte är att tillgodose stadens behov av upphandlingskonsulter. Syftet är att Staden ska ha tillgång till kompetenta upphandlare som kan stötta verksamheten med effektiva, affärsmässiga, hållbara, rättssäkra och värdeskapande inköp. Upphandlingarnas art, omfattning och komplexitet kan variera. Likaväl som beställarnas erfarenhet och kompetens inom upphandlingsområdet. Där av krävs det att leverantören har en god kapacitet och förmåga till att tillsätta rätt konsult med rätt kompetens för efterfrågat stöd och upphandlingsprojektet.
