Description
Statens beredning för medicinsk och social utvärdering, SBU, avser att upphandla ett ramavtal för konsulttjänster för att stötta myndigheten i sitt arbete med att stärka och vidareutveckla myndighetens operativa och strategiska förmågor inom ledning, styrning, riskhantering och regelefterlevnad. Upphandlingen omfattar konsulttjänster inom följande tjänsteområden: · Myndighetsledning och styrning · Organisatorisk metod- och processutveckling · Dataskydd och informationssäkerhet · Allmän förvaltningsjuridisk rådgivning (exempelvis rådgivning inom offentlighet och sekretess och annan förvaltningsrätt) · Juridisk rådgivning med anledning av Beställarens uppdrag på såväl nationell som EU-nivå med anledning av det nya EU-rättsliga regelverket kring att medlemsstaterna gemensamt ska utvärdera relativ effekt och säkerhet av nya läkemedel och medicinteknik.
