Upphandlingen syftar till att teckna ett ramavtal som kan tillgodose Pensionsmyndighetens behov av undersökningar och analyser inom pensionsområdet. Undersökningarna och analyserna ska ligga till grund för utvärdering och vidareutveckling av myndighetens verksamhet på strategisk och operativ nivå. Undersökningarna och analyserna ska även kunna utgöra underlag i myndighetens utredningsarbete som ofta mynnar ut i informationsinsatser, kommunikationsinsatser och rapporter av olika slag. Dessa insatser och rapporter riktar sig mot beslutsfattare, pensionsbranschens aktörer samt pensionssparare och pensionärer.
