Description
Malmö stad har etablerat en UiPath-baserad plattform för RPA (Robotic Process Automation) i syfte att automatisera verksamhetsprocesser och effektivisera resursutnyttjande. Plattformen är etablerad on-prem och omfattar idag ett antal produktionssatta automationer. För att säkerställa fortsatt stabil drift, utveckling och framtida skalbarhet av plattformen söker Malmö stad en strategisk samarbetspartner som med hög teknisk kompetens och god förståelse för offentlig verksamhet kan stödja stadens behov inom drift, förvaltning och utveckling av UiPath-plattformen. Plattformen är installerad on-prem i stadens datacenter och förvaltas enligt Malmö stads säkerhetskrav, arkitekturprinciper och etablerade processer. Samarbetet med leverantören ska ske i samverkan med Malmö stads kompetenscenter för integration och automation (IaCC), som ansvarar för styrning, metodstöd och prioritering inom automationsområdet.
